The delinquent tax returns, tax payments, procedures, and guidelines may have caused a negative audit result or collection actions. We will review the previously used procedures to determine where the guidelines were not met, file delinquent/amended returns, negotiate payment agreements, obtain proper permits/licenses, and institute the proper procedures to maintain compliance with the Comptroller's Office. .

This includes new permits/licenses as well as renewal applications.

*Coin-operated machines will also include obtaining the licenses for the local jurisdiction. 

We will complete and submit all documentation concerning formation, reinstatement, and/or termination for Texas Corporations (Inc), Limited Liability Companies (LLC), and other entity types.

We offer training for staff, ownership, bookkeepers, CPA’s, and accountants on collection, remittance, compliance, records management, and filing the tax.
